October Gallery Education runs a range of training events throughout the year. All events are open to artists, educators, teachers and anyone wanting to widen participation and access within galleries and museums.

Tuesday 18th October 4.30pm-6pm This in-person training workshop will be full of inspiration and ideas to incorporate a more diverse teaching practice into your classroom or education practice. Our wonderful artist and educator Esther Adesigbin will unpick the current exhibition Romuald Hazoumè’s 'Carnaval' and then draw on other October Gallery artists to reflect on teaching the Black experience.
Tuesday 15th November 4.30pm-6pm Join artist educators and 3D makers Hannah Littlejones and Esther Adesigbin in an evening of exploring materials and simple ideas and techniques of how to use them with participants of all ages!
Thursday 24th November 4.30pm-6pm Join OG Education for an evening of sharing best practice, exploring the current October Gallery exhibition and taking part in some collaborative art activities to inspire you in your own art and education practice.
