This show will bring together the works by various artists whose practices explore the expansive potential of lines as a formal and conceptual device. Whether embedded, constructed, or composed, lines become pathways across histories, languages, and materials.

Students will trace the ways in which lines can become a connective thread and tool for translation across different themes and ways of making. The session will consider the artists' diverse personal and creative backgrounds as a point of reference for the students to develop their own techniques.
